How to create a UniPayment account?

To create an account, go to our UniPayment’s homepage and click “Register” in the upper right corner. You can click this link to be redirected to the registration page.

How can I change my password?

Go to Account Settings, under Security Settings, and click the “Change” button to change your password.

How can I change my email?

Go to Account Settings, under Basic Info, and click the “Change” button on the right part after your email address to change it.

What can I do if I lose my Google authenticator?

You may contact us. We will help you regain access to your account.

Why can I not withdraw within 24 hours after changing security info?

This is for your account’s security. We don’t allow withdrawal within 24 hours after changing security information to ensure that changes are not unauthorized activities made by someone else.
